Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing times
 

• All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Once an order is received it will go to the art department for any customization requested.

       You will be emailed to respond with an approval of the Size, Color, Spelling ,grammer.
       Engraveon is not responsible for any of the above mistakes after approval is sent back to us.

• Once approved: All orders custom or not have a 2 week turnaround for production time. We will finish your order in a timely manner and care.

• If listed as an in stock item: it will be shipped within 2-3 days.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipping method: UPS Standard, GoundShipment cost: based on address & weight

 

Shipping method: USPS Shipment cost: based on address & weight.

 

Overnight , 2 day delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

 

EngraveOn LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

 

If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
